I took around 2000 images on my 4-day-trip in Cortina d'Ampezzo and deleted probably around 1500 of them, and this one was almost in those 1500. I don't know why, but at first I didn't feel it was worthy of post processing and publishing, but one day out of boredom I decided to revisit my Dolomiti folder and see if I had missed anything interesting. This one grabbed my attention with its dark to light contrast and that little sunstar (I wish)... After opening it I realized that it had big potential, and later on after post processing, it was one of my favorite shots from Dolomiti.
